Pinut

The Pinuts are small communal Lumen creatures native to Bloomreach that act as living regulators within the forest’s energetic ecosystem. Sensitive to changes in Lumen energy, they absorb small amounts of excess energy through the raised geometric structures covering their bodies and gradually release it into weaker areas of surrounding vegetation. Their patterns glow softly while charged. Pinuts are curious but cautious, largely non-aggressive, and rely on awareness, concealment, and their protective outer structures rather than strength.
