Pressure within the realm behaves unnaturally. Sound travels incorrectly. Light weakens rapidly. Many explorers describe the sensation of being watched long before any entity appears.
The creatures that evolved here adapted without:

The first Abyssal and Titan Entities originated from the Depths.

Several researchers theorized the realm may have survived previous universal collapses.
One expedition uncovered skeletal remains large enough to support entire ecosystems across their surface.
None of the bones matched any known Titan classification.
The final expedition transmission simply stated:
“Something below us just opened its eyes.”
Communication was lost moments later.
